Our Products

The Product:

The Endrick Mill mills coffee for a number of farms in Zimbabwe. Each farm delivers dried parchment to the mill. The parchment is then conditioned to ensure uniform moisture content throughout the bulk, and to allow the "green taste" inherent in newly harvested coffees to dissipate.

Once uniform moisture content has been achieved the coffee is hulled and graded. The grading process produces the following main grades.
